Hi Aidas,

Best to send such messages in the future to the "regular" mail list:

scribus at lists.scribus.net

In Scribus, 1) and 2) are manual operations. In other words, there 
really isn't any orphan/widow control, and as of now no way to keep N 
lines together.

You should be able to accomplish 3) with Ctrl+Return
