If it can help, here's the cmap attached to the ToUnicode key of the
CID font descendent of the font in use in the document, as I can image
imagine the problem lies around there.
The actual source font was:
Full name: Adobe Jenson Pro Bold Caption
PS name: AJensonPro-BoldCapt
Unique font identifier: 1.013;ADBE;AJensonPro-BoldCapt
