<html><head></head><body><blockquote type="cite"><pre>On OSX I can resize it to 697x768.. of course it is resizable and does go bigger.
I can only gain very small amounts of pixels with a limited redesign. A more comprehensive one would be required taking into logic and workflow to get it much smaller. 768 is really just bit too narrow vertically to include desktop decorations like a menu bar and then expect an app to fit all the required settings in too.
Craig</pre></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Thanks for the insight Craig. As I have now worked out how to move a dialog upwards off the top of the screen, my immediate problem is solved. I can see there is a whole lot of information in that dialog so reducing its vertical layout would be an issue. I'm not conversant with the mechanism dialogs use and assumed it would be similar to a 'normal' window where grabbing the top or bottom of the frame and shrinking it vertically would result in the frame shrinking and a scroll bar appearing at the edge. Just shows how dangerous it is to assume anything. "8-)</div><div><br></div><div>Kind regards,</div><div>Doug</div></body></html>
