pdftotext, pdftk, the Gvim editor, Gimp,<br>
Inkscape the huge Texlive suite and many others. I<br>
think I would attack the OP's quest with bursting<br>
the document to individual pages using pdftk,<br>
sorting them in reverse order, and write a script<br>
