I think this is the best way you can do it:<div>- Write the text as you would normally, leaving the arabic word out temporarily</div><div>- Create a new text box with the arabic text, reverse it properly and make the box as small as possible</div>

<div>- Cut out the text box with Ctrl-V and paste it in the bigger text box on the right spot. It will behave as a letter, the direction is okay now but the text is probably a bit too high.</div><div>- Select the arabic part in the text box (it will behave as if you select a normal character) and use the <strike><font face="georgia, serif" size="4">T</font></strike> hight option in the properties. I got it reasonable at around -25%.</div>
