[scribus] BUILDING and Debian

Yes,

Cmake fails with the debian harfbuzz, as you note, it is missing 
harfbuzz-subset.

All I did was to download the source at 
https://github.com/harfbuzz/harfbuzz and built it into /opt for the 
reasons stated.

The Scribus version is shown as 1.5.8.

I did try "make" with the harfbuzz-subset missing, but make failed.

Could not find an option to exclude harfbuzz.

As I no longer have the Ubuntu installation, I cannot comment on what I 
did there.

Interestingly, the CMakeLists.txt has reference to Qt6, so I wonder when 
that is going to happen.
