[scribus] draw a quadrille paper

I think this kind of thing would be easier to do with Inkscape,
where one can draw lines, create multiple copies with precise positioning, etc.
Then you can either import it into Scribus as SVG or PDF to manage it
Or just export as PDF from Inkscape.
