[scribus] Scribus 1.5.6.svn, scripter and Python 3

Hi Martin

They are on sourceforge at https://sourceforge.net/projects/scribus/files/scribus-svn/1.5.6.svn/

I’ll ask Jean to get a newer build there though as the last one looks to be dated end of March.
