About the only way I know of is to use the script importcsv2table.py,
which is included with Scribus. What this means is that you would have
to have the data in CSV format. You might try it out and see how it goes.
Otherwise, you can use a spreadsheet program and export a table as EPS
and then import that EPS to Scribus.
Another option is to not create a table at all, but rather what we might
call a pseudo-table. With this method, you would start with a CSV file,
then import into a text frame, and instead of making cells use tabs to
set the spacing of the elements.
