[scribus] Load text on-the-fly from external file?

Yes, I am missing that function, too. Two ideas, which I have never tested.

1. scribus is able to import LaTeX-files via LaTeX-frames. Maybe that type
of frames work similar to picture-frames?

2. editing the .sla-file with a small script. I did that with a very short
text and it worked.
