Hi Mick,

What you're looking for is near the top of the Text Properties palette.
At the top is the font, then its subtype (Bold, Regular, etc.), then
below that is a drop-down list of Fixed Linespacing, Automatic
Linespacing, and Align to Baseline Grid. Fixed Linespacing is where you
can set a specific spacing in the spinbox to the right. The amount of
automatic linespacing is a percentage you can change in Preferences.
