[scribus] Font substitution

When I uncheck Vijaya Bold it automatically unchecks Aria Bold because this
is the substitution for Vijaya Bold. When I go to the Font Substitution tab
there are no entries and I can't add anything in.

I note that Windows lists Vijaya Regular as installed but there is no
mention of Vijaya Bold. However in LibreOffice writer I can turn bold on
and off for Vijaya formatted text. Maybe it just 'spreads' the pixels
rather than using a (non-existant) proper Bold font. ???
