I created a script with these contents:

sed 's/<Font\ Use="1"/<Font\Use="0"/'scribus150.rc > new_rc_file

I ran it in .scribus in my home directory.
It blew up with this message:

sed: -e expression #1, char 33: unknown option to `s'

Character 33 is an = sign.
