[scribus] Solving Language Issues

Hi All,
I use Harfbuzz And Fribidi here :
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:moceap/Scribus
But I think if we use :: import <QApplication> like Qt creator will make it not only common but also updated by Qt itself.
