[scribus] How to set PDF Article Title?

I think this is not font issue. I want to do create PDF Article Title. For example Text Frame name is not used as PDF Article Title, nor First paragrpah of text frame. Scribus has this function and on wiki is screenshot for PDF Article Title, but how to is not published.

Perhaps you did not embed your font for the title. Usually, Adobe Reader
comes up with its own font instead, but perhaps it didn't in this case.
