[scribus] scripter: connecting python 3 code to a c++ signal

hi

i got a hint and could solve this specific issue...

... but now i'm stuck with a problem i don't understand in a function
that i have no idea what is doing...

we will see... i open a ticket on github... if anybody wants to help
he / she can have a look in there!
