[scribus] New Import Filters: MS Visio and Apple Pages

It's nice and much appreciated, but having 1.5.0 released would be even
better. People can live without VSD importing in DTP app. Without lists and
footnotes -- not so much.

Any understanding of where the project is with regards to 1.5.0?

P.S. Can't help myself noticing that the topic of the exising harfbuzz port
appears to have slipped again.
