[scribus] creating a markdown loader for scribus

Just a sidenote, *Markdown* is a great format for writers, it's a
"human readable" type of markup.

I think it has some upwind recently – it's integrated by default in
Github (for readme files and documentation), and it's the main input
format for the writing platform [Editorially][1], and the new blogging
platform [Ghost][2].
