Actually, there can be a huge number of options, subject to the printer. 
Some are shown here:  wiki.scribus.net/canvas/Help:Manual_Printintro 
I have counted 43 menu options for the R1800. 
Unfortunately most of the Values are simply numerical, e.g. 2, 4, 43, 6 & etc.
Yes, I can print from Scribus.

You're not giving us much information. Can you print at all?
What Printer Options are you trying to access in Scribus?

There aren't very many things to adjust in Scribus.
