Hi Tzippy,
Cool script! Synchronistically enough, I just commented on an open issue
related to hebrew fonts with in the Scribus Bugtracker.
http://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=1726
I'm not sure what the status is (hence my comment). Would you be interested
in digging deeper in to this?
