[scribus] scribus Digest, Vol 68, Issue 22

With that commit, in the scribus/plugins/import/CMakeLists.txt file, you
uncommented the cdr and pub plugins (which require some other compilations)
but also the vsd plugin which isn't even in the tree... So Scribus won't
compile...
