This is an excellent example because you can see the new site which is still under construction, then click on the link at the very top to see the current/old site. Dramatic difference.

If you want to convince graphic designers that you know how to design for designers, the website, guides, and interface need to look designed. Most are visual people and can't spend day after day looking at bad design -- or more accurately no design. The software may be excellent but the feeling has to be there too.
