Hi John,

It's not missing. It's on the page.  The section that reads:

The original files (dated 2004) have been made available for download by
one of our contributors:

   - Get Started With Scribus – the original tutorial as OpenOffice and PDF
   files
   - *FreedomYug* – a sample magazine designed in Scribus 1.16
   - Screen shots – screen shots used to create the original tutorial
