[scribus] collecting for output

Hi JLuc,

Mark's proposal is brilliant, but it must fail because Scribus sets the 
picture and font files to 600. That way, these files only belong to the 
user, not to the group. I cannot imagine what the sticky-bit could help 
here, too, but I might be wrong? I tested it on my own system, and it 
really keeps the group ID, but that doesn't help the next user.

So the problem boils down to changing the access bits of all files to a 
sensible 655.
