[scribus] Scribus 1.4.1 on Windows XP Insert table does not seem to work.

there are no real tables in Scribus 1.4.1; a "table" is a set of text 
frames, arranged in a table-like manner.
If you create a 1x1 table, it will appear just as a text frame.
