[scribus] Fix for missing images when reloading a file

I'm not aware of how impossible path it is.

If Library is current path, then .. is Graphics, ../.. is Descriptions, etc
and ../../../../../../../ is root : that should not be a problem
since ../../../../../../../usr/home/Projekte/ALO/Documents/Descriptions/Graphics/Library
is again current path.
That way of writing it is ugly but it should not be a problem ?
