[scribus] I chose "Threefold brochure" but the resulting document doesn't have three of anything.

Peter,
For my specifics on what sort of brochure we're trying to create, let me
add this:

It will be a legal sized piece of paper, and it will be in landscape
orientation (14 inches from left to right).
