I have added a manual doc for Collect for Output to 1.4.2svn. Since
Scribus Basics is getting crowded, I put it on its own in the menu tree
just after Scribus Basics.
If it looks Ok with a trial viewing, I'll add it to 1.5.0svn also.
There probably is going to be a release of 1.4.2 in the near future, so
I've made it in time to get into the next official stable release.
