[scribus] X and Y coordinates

I don't have Scribus available at the moment but I think in the view menu
you can find an item called Rulers relative to page. Enable that and then
drag from the meeting point of the vertical and horizontal rulers (top left
corner right behind the menus) to the top left corner of your page. This
will define a new 0,0 point to your document.
