[scribus] save 1.3.9: bug or feature?

This is something which is going to be seen across all platforms. I 
would characterize it therefore as an annoying feature, and as Craig 
said, while it's not intended, it currently is somewhere down the 
priority list for a fix.

There's a bit of the opposite problem with scripts, where even though 
you may put objects in the document, Scribus may not recognize that the 
document has been changed, so you need to add a docChanged(1) command to 
avoid accidentally losing script-generated edits, but even so, I'm 
finding that this doesn't always work.
