 First, put the script in /usr/local. Second create 
directory /usr/local/src/s140
Third chmod 777 yourscriptname. (I didn't think to add this 
detail.)
Fourth run the script from root. 

I didn't write the script to be an universal elixir. If you 
use it the way I do it will work. It works for me every 
night. But I follow the instructions given above.
