[scribus] Any suggestions how to make circular scale (as clock has)?

I never done it but I would quickly suggest 2 ways to achieve that (at
least, this is where I would start).

1. Use the Multiple-Duplicate dialog.
2. Use the Put Text on a Path technique. (Create path, create text and join
both)

Otherwise, I guess you're going to need a powerful drawing tool like
Inkscape to do this! :)
