[scribus] Using Scribus for novels and short stories

Sorry for the delay, Lorn.
I don't know how Word XP handles that task (it's a version I don't have--I
have word 2007); I THINK open office will kern those files. In any event,
the latest version of OO is later than Word.
Sorry I don't have all the information you need.
