Here is the cmake line (please ignore any word wrapping)
cmake . -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/usr/local/scribus_svn -
DWANT_SCRIPTER2=1 -DWANT_GRAPHICSMAGICK=1

I will run my script once again and post the log at:
