[scribus] Text frame on master page with text entered on actual pages?

Hi. I'm using Scribus for the first time, it's excellent, thanks! I
can't find a feature that does what I'm describing in the doc or on
the web so I hope you won't mind me asking here.

Is there a feature that would allow me to add a text frame on a master
page but then enter text on the actual pages of my document? I'd like
to be able to adjust the position of the text frame on a page after
the text is entered and have the frames on each page reflect that
change consistently. I added guidelines on my master page and I know I
could adjust those but I don't want to have to edit each individual
body page in case I adjust the layout later.

I thought I could do this by inserting the text frame on the master
page but I could only add text from the master page. Is there a way to
change the properties of a master page text frame and allow it to be
used on body pages? Or is there a different way I should accomplish
the flexible layout that I need?

Thanks for your help.
