You need to turn off "PDF annotations" in each and every text frame.

In every instance of a text frame you have "PDF Annotation" checked. 

If for every text frame you:
 right click on the frame, 
left click on "PDF Options" 
click on "is pdf annotation" one time to turn annotations off
... the check character will disappear and the frame will be a regular 
text frame. 

Since I do not have your fonts I cannot change your document but you 
can do it easily.

Most of the time you do not need to turn on "pdf annotations". 
Annotations are just little notes that don't appear unless the user 
viewing the document  clicks on the little icon. They fill the same 
function as footnotes.
