[scribus] RGB to CMYK not using ICC profile for R=G=B colors

It does indeed do that.  I installed the trial version of Acrobat and other
Adobe tools, and I am able to see that the images are stored as RGB, with
the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 profile associated with the images.  And the
rendering intent that I specify for each image is correctly set.
