[scribus] ghostscript

I agree.  My browser doesn't warn me each time I start it up that I don't have a particular plugin installed.  It only becomes an issue if I navigate to a web page requiring the plugin.  Similarly, Scribus should shut up about Ghostscript until it's actually needed for a task.
