[scribus] Release date again for 1.4.0

Can I ask if the 'dropcap' feature and the add/edit style (in paragraf) will be put back? Now I use 140 rc2 on mac G4 PPC, this features are missing.

The download page had all packages listed for rc3, but the tarball for
source was rc2. I fixed that now.

However, given you build so often, why is this even relevant in your
particular case - I assume you are building from SVN anyway?

We will have an RC4. 1.4.0 Stable should be due in May I guess. Both
would depend on how we get a few bugs solved.
