[scribus] Scripter and Preferences

The thing is I'd like to create a new document with the user's default
unit. getUnit() is available only when the document is already created.
And for the profile question, I want to import CIE-Lab colors as RGB or
CMYK in the user's color space (or it doesn't really make sense...).
