[scribus] Local printing

I really envy those of you who are in the print business. I'm not. In
fact, I am a volunteer editor for a amateur radio magazine and send my
output to the printer in pdf format. However, proofing with a printed copy
would be beneficial to me though not necessarily to everyone. I am a bit
surprised that there is no option to print to other than a Postscript output
format. Of course, I can export to pdf and print and have done that, but
the added steps would be nice to loose.
