[scribus] Newbie: how to draw borders around objects

By default (which you can change in File > Preferences > Tools) text and 
image frames have the color "None" for the line (= border for a frame).
Go to the Color tab and change to Black or whatever color you like, and 
you're in business. Then your setttings in the Line tab will show up.
