[scribus] Incorrect Page Margins When Printing or Exporting

I have been able to correct the problem by setting Margin Guides to zero in Manage Page Properties.  Apparently, the values in Margin Guides affect printed page edges rather than act simply as margin guides.  Ultimately I will indeed be printing from PDF at a commercial printer, but I often print drafts for page alignment (necessary when printing on label templates) directly from an application to my desk printer.

  printing from pdf is the preferred way to print the scribus files.

  please take care, that acrobat is not fitting the pdf to page when printing.
