[scribus] Can't show list of styles in Properties

I cannot verify this issue with WinXP.
1. you must create styles - No Style is the default
2. there are now Paragraph styles and Character styles, related but not 
the same thing.
3. Styles is now a sub-tab in Properties > Text. Click the drop-down 
list to see your newly created styles.
