[scribus] help requested for custom msi

Thanks, those two dlls missing caused the scriptplugin.dll error.  I changed
my msi and everything works fine.

Hi Alexandre,

Your msi installer probably miss the msvcp71 and msvcr71 dlls which are used
by python and are normally placed by Scribus installer in Windows system32
folder. Without those dlls python won't load and consequently scripter won't
load either.
