[scribus] there is no color management

File->Preferences->Color Management->and tick "Activate Color Management"
Make sure you have some color profiles. In the Synaptic Package Manager, look for icc-profiles
You also need lcms, search synaptic for lcms and install liblcms1 lprof would be another good one to install to profile your monitor.
