[scribus] Line spacing increases when point size reduced

exactly: the line spacing is -- per default -- fixed. you have to select 
an automatic line spacing to achieve what you want.

if the behaviour has not changed, you should do a long click the button 
(yes it is a button: there is a small triangle in the bottom right 
corner...) and you will get the a choice between different line spacing 
modes.

1.3.5.1 will show you a pretty drop down list for it!
