[scribus] scribus-ng (1.3.5) for Hardy?

Did you run "apt-get update" after adding the repository?  I am running 
Hardy and have scribus-ng installed.

~$ grep scribus /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://debian.scribus.net/debian/ hardy main non-free

~$ apt-cache policy scribus-ng
scribus-ng:
