[scribus] What is going on with funny looking page margins in 1.3.5?

You are right it is a silly visual taste thing. Call it the neat freak in
me. I wouldn't say it "offends" my taste. And I wasn't aware I was giving
the impression that it hindered my work in any way. Seems like it would be
something fixable and I'm just wondering why the change. When it comes right
down to it I think I could manage to live with it the way it is now. :-)

Aside from offending your visual taste, how is this a problem doing your
work?
In 1.3.5, the margins appear as a simple rectangle on the page, with no
lines extending to the edge.
