[scribus] Where to put boost?

Yeah, yeah. It is another one of those improbably complex does 
everything set of library routines that 1.3.5 needs for one small 
function.  The documentation, including the file called INSTALL, 
leave out the pesky little detail of how and where to install its 
hundreds of pieces.     I could just wing it but that has got me in 
trouble before.
